首先，谢谢学校的领导和老师，给我这样一个机会，在清华大学和中华青年精英基金会的组织下，于7月7日-11日有幸参加了清华卓越领导力训练营活动。
刚开始的第一天，没有经过全英教育的我感觉压力非常大，因为不管是在怎样的场合，吃饭、或者是课堂上，都必须用英语进行交流，因此觉得自己远远比不上别人，同时也失去了自信。但是凡事都需要坚持，坚持才是胜利，所以接下去的每一天，尽管自己有些听不懂，但还是认真的学习，努力的去完成作业。这些天，能在清华大学这座百年名校、全国10几万精英都在追求的名校里感受这种不一样的学习氛围，自己感到很荣幸，在清华里，我深切的感受到了浓浓的书香气，感受了科学创新精神。
这几天的交流学习，使我受益匪浅，这对于我们是一次难得的“充电”机会，通过学习使我深深体会到如果能够早些接受这样的活动与教育，那么在学习中就会得到更多的帮助。通过交流会，回头看自己，还是有很多需要进一步完善和提高的地方，这是一次很好的与国际接轨的学习交流机会，希望学校能给我们争取更多的机会，让我们去体验，让我们去学习，让我们带回更多的经验与学弟学妹们分享。
First of all, I’d like to express my thanks to Huashang College for giving me such an opportunity to take part in the activity of “Leadership and Innovation in the 21st Century” in TsingHua University ( July 7-11, 2014,BeiJing), which was initiated and organized by China Young Leaders Foundation.
The first thing I’d like to mention is that English is the only language you should used in the whole process of the activity, anywhere and anytime. But I had never experienced such a full English teaching process before, so I felt many difficulties, great pressure, and even almost lost my confidence on the first day when I communicated with those teachers or professors from Harvard University. However, as the old saying goes “where there is a will, there is a way.”So, on the next day, although I only understood a small part of the class, I still worked hard and tried to finish the homework in time.
After these days of learning, I gradually adapted myself to it and benefited a lot from it afterwards. In the first place, i feel very honored to have this opportunity to participate in the training activity in Tsinghua University with a famous prestige and good study atmosphere because the opportunity is rare and valuable, and nobody would let go of the chance of" charge". I got the opportunity, so I am very proud of it and appreciate it. In the second place, i think if I received such a wonderful education earlier, I would get more help and benefits from it.
Therefore, through the international study, life, exchange and practice, I feel it is a wonderful experience although there are still many things I need to improve further.
Then I hope Huashang College can provide more opportunities for students to learn more and experience more so that more students will benefit from it, sharing surprise and pleasure with other students, and further encourage them to go for study.
