通过参加这次由中华青年精英基金会举办的“领导力计划”，我收获了很多。从第一天的不适应到最后慢慢地进入状态并且能够认真完成课堂作业。这次项目的导师都很有实力，在课堂上将自己的经验和授课内容相结合，我们也学习到了很多。
通过这次的项目，让我有机会和清华大学还有其他重点大学学生交流、学习，感受与他们在一起的学习氛围，在与他们的交流当中，可以看出他们的发散性思维很不错，也勇于去表现自己，这对于我是需要好好学习的。这五天的行程安排紧凑，让我们也不知不觉的加快自己的脚步，一步一步的跟上，尽自己的最大努力去适应环境的变化，不断的提高自己。
这次的项目真的是一个很好的平台，让我们去对比中西文化差异，中西教育的不同，从中我们接受到不同文化的交流和碰撞。这五天下来，自己在课堂上的表现真的有了很大的进步，敢于在课堂上进行演讲，与自己的小组成员交流，分享自己的想法，更多的是发现只要坚持、努力，自己是有能力去做好每一件事的。

I benefit a lot from the activity of “Leadership and Innovation in the 21st Century” in Tsinghua University ( July 7-11, 2014, BeiJing). I experienced a change from maladjustment to the environment for the first day to gradual adjustment and to enable myself to finish the task the tutor assigned. That’s an amazing process!
The teachers in the training camp are excellent. They combined the contents of class with their experience and showed us how to be a leader and how to think innovatively. The students coming from different famous universities are also excellent. By study and exchange with them, I found they are active to express their ideas and opinions and they are brave and confident to make a speech. That’s the most impressive impact on me. The five days were fully arranged with tasks, so we tried to catch up with other students and followed them step by step, and even speed up to sublimate ourselves. Five days later, I made a great progress in exchange with other students, expressing my opinions and making a speech in class so that I found that we are able to do something better if we try and insist.
The training camp is really a good platform for us to receive different western-eastern education, and feel diversified cultural exchange and contact. Therefore, my deep thanks and gratitude go to the teachers and Huashang College.
