想起写心得，突然不知道怎么写了，这周的点点滴滴都在脑海中萦绕着。我是怀着无比感激的心情去参加本次活动的，一段不一样的旅程，谱写着不一样的故事，奏出不一样的乐章。
在这次活动中，我用心参与感受过，特别之情难以言寓，简而言之“Wonderful！”,难得的交流机会，我们倍加珍惜，但我们心理也落差过，难受过，挺过来回味着感觉很奇妙。首先，第一天，我们第一次接触全英的授课模式，一时间难以适应，我们的各项作业也落下来，压力更大了。在无法预料的环境中经历各种情况，我们心理难受着，难以面对，我们更需要倾述和交流，通过和哈佛导师团队中的一名导师进行沟通，他们了解了我们的情况后，积极尽量帮我们解决问题，也开导我们应该更加勇敢接受不一样的挑战，通过交流后，我们重新审视自己，尽最大的努力参与其中，重新调整状态，积极融入课堂，认真 努力完成导师布置的各项作业。最后，我们成功完成本期活动，虽然我们不是最好的，但我们尽了自己的努力，也在其中认识了全国各地不同学院的同学，建立了联系交流平台。
通过此次活动我体会最深的是，我们平时缺少对外的交流平台，学习氛围不够浓厚，接触的平台视野有差距。我希望以后在有条件有可能的情况下，学校可以多办交流活动，拓宽视野，提高接触平台，更有利创造性学习。
When asked to write down my feelings about the activity of “Leadership and Innovation in the 21st Century” in Tsinghua University ( July 7-11, 2014, BeiJing). I don’t know what to begin with, because lots of thoughts spring up in my mind now.
This activity is like an amazing journey on which I departed, I paused, and I finally arrived at the destination. During the journey, I experienced a great change from the situation that I was disappointed, frustrated, and I tried, learned, to the final stage that I advanced and progressed. When looking back, it is a wonderful journey.
On the first day, I can’t fit in the full English teaching, the English speech and the English assignment, so I feel much fear and great pressure. Later on, a tutor in the Harvard team communicated with us and encouraged us to fight but rather not give up the opportunity. With her help, looking into myself again, I took up my confidence and courage to fight. Fortunately, I persisted participating in the activity to the last minute, in which I was not the best, but I had tried my best and made a progress, which never happened before in my life. In addition, I exchanged with the students coming from different famous universities and made friends with them, which is best gift for me.
All in all, through the training camp, what impressed me most is that I touched upon a good platform for exchange, a dense atmosphere for study so as to broaden my horizon and shorten the gap between the other students and us. Therefore, I would like to share my experience with my schoolmates and I hope our college will create and provide more opportunities for the students who are eager to study.
